ML Athletics Bootcamp 8 WEEK CHALLENGE Preview!

ML Athletics 8 WEEK CHALLENGE Preview!

Hello Boot Campers!! You are part of the 8 week challenge that is coming up.

Great weather is here! We will continue to do our workouts outside and continue to sweat with the best of them! 8 weeks until you see more results that you have all been looking for! 8 weeks until you begin to understand your body type! 8 weeks until you see where your strength continues to come from!

We will assess everyone at the beginning with Bodyfat, Weight and Strength Tests and again at the end of the 8 weeks.

Don’t forget that ML Athletics also offers a Nutritional Plan that can help assist you during the challenge.

We want to see everyone succeed so let's pick up the pace as REAL summer is not that far off!
